Objective

The student can describe product development processes and service development processes. The student can apply his/ her knowledge of the processes to planning product and service development in practice. The student is familiar with essential legislation concerning product and service development and can consider their impact on development in a spesific case.

- User centered development
- Customer in product and service development
- Intellectual property rights, protection of knowledge capital in service firms

Luennot, harjoitustyö. Yksilö- tai pienryhmässä tehty kehittämistehtävä.
